This is a really simple recipe, and is just right if you're not in the mood for anything too spicy.
250 grams french beans
1 large potato, chopped
1-2 green chillies, slit
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ajwain seeds
3-4 curry leaves
salt as per taste
1 tsp sugar
Serve with chapattis

Procedure
- Heat oil, temper rai
- Add curry leaves and cumin seeds and saute
- Add ajawain and saute
- Next put in the haldi, beans, potatoes, sugar and salt
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes
